Privacy policy
This policy explains what information travelball.gg collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.
Last updated 14 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Dayman Investments LLC, PO Box 190, Burleson, TX 76097. We provide travelball.gg, which teams use to score baseball and softball games and to broadcast them.
This policy covers the travelball.gg website and application. Write to hello@travelball.gg about anything on this page.
2. Information we collect
Account information. Your name and your email address, so that you can sign in and so that we can reach you about your account.
Payment information. If you buy a plan, our payment provider collects and holds your card details. We never see or store a card number.
Team and roster information. The teams you create, the players you add, and the games you score. What a roster holds is set out below.
Usage information. A record of what each account did — a game scored, a broadcast started, a roster changed — together with ordinary technical logs. This is how we answer a question about a broadcast that failed.
3. How we use it
To run the product: to sign you in, to score and broadcast your games, to take payment, and to support you when something goes wrong.
To tell you about your account — a broadcast that failed, a payment that did not go through, a change to this policy.
To keep the service working and secure, and to understand which parts of it are used.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it to advertise to you, and we do not put advertising trackers in the product.
4. Children's information
A roster holds a child's first name, last name, and optionally a jersey number and the positions they play. A coach may also add a headshot and up to six short facts — a favorite team, a nickname, a walk-up song, or one they write themselves. The photo and the facts are optional and the product works without them.
We do not ask for a date of birth, an address, a school, or a hometown, and there is no place in the product to enter one.
A child's full name is visible only to the account that entered the roster and to the coaches that account has invited to that team. Nobody else sees it — not another club, not a viewer of a broadcast, not our public interface, and not a copy of the roster made by another team. Everywhere else a child is a first name and a last initial. Our servers decide this, not the app or the website, so there is no version of either that can show more.
Coaches, not us, add children to rosters. A coach agrees in our terms that they have the child's parent or guardian's permission to do so.
5. What appears in public
A broadcast shows a first name and a last initial, a jersey number, the score, and — if a coach added them — a photo and one fact while that child is batting. The photo and the facts never reach our public data feed. They travel a separate path that exists only while a broadcast is running.
A saved video's description lists the innings, the pitching changes and the batters by first name and last initial. A video description is a durable, indexed page, so it never carries a full name for anybody.
7. Where your videos live
On the YouTube channel your club connects. The channel is yours. We do not keep a copy of the video ourselves, and your videos stay on your channel whatever happens to your account with us.
8. Removing a photo or a name
A photo is read live every time it is shown, never copied into a game. Removing it from the roster removes it everywhere at once, including from any broadcast running at that moment. A coach can do this from the app. A parent can ask their coach, or write to us at hello@travelball.gg and we will do it.
Facts are frozen onto a game's lineup when the game is created, the same way a name is, so a fact removed today may still appear in a game that was already played. Ask us at hello@travelball.gg if you need one removed from a past game.
A parent who asks does not need to explain why, and does not need an account with us.
9. How long we keep it
Ninety days after an account closes, we delete what that account held — the rosters, the children's names, the photographs, the facts, and the games. Ninety days is there so that somebody who closed an account by mistake, or who comes back for another season, can ask for it and get it. After that it is gone and we cannot bring it back.
The videos are not ours to delete. They are on your own YouTube channel and they stay there. Deleting them is yours to do, whenever you decide.
10. How we protect it
Traffic to and from the product is encrypted. Access to the data is limited to the people who need it to run and support the service. No service can promise perfect security, and we do not.
11. Your rights and choices
You can see and change your rosters and your account details in the product at any time, and you can close your account whenever you want.
Whoever you are, and wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you or about your child, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to hello@travelball.gg. We answer every request, and we do not charge for it.
A parent asking about their child does not need an account with us and does not need to give a reason. We may ask enough to be sure you are that child's parent or guardian, because the answer tells you about a child and we will not give it to a stranger.
Some states and countries give people further rights over their information, and over children's information in particular. Where a law gives you more than this page does, that law wins.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change matters to you, we will email the address on your account.
